The Tale of Five Brothers
Chef Allan grew up in a family
of pastry chefs. His father and his four brothers spoke in the baking tongue -
viscosity, dough, tossing techniques. Comparisons between them were inevitable
- people wondered if Allan was as good as his brothers. Would he live up to his
father’s grand reputation?
This fuelled Allan’s desire to
become the best pastry chef in the land. He worked his way up from a steward to
executive pastry chef.
Toiling for years to perfect
his craft, always remembering that somewhere across the world his four other
brothers were working hard to bring honour to their family’s name. Allan now keeps the ovens at
#Feria warm. His deft touch and artistry create pastries that fill the air with
the the spirit of homemade goodness.
